What is included in each box?

NOTE: Future boxes will include just the charm to add to the bracelet, the bracelet will be available to add on separately with future boxes
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However international shipping rates are determined by the carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot control those costs.
Please note: As the buyer, you are responsible for any import fees, VAT fees, conversion fees. Declining the package for these charges will not result in a refund from us.
What qualifies as "damaged"?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
What items qualify as damaged:
-Severely dented/crushed corners
-Broken or crushed spine
-Water damage
-Deep very noticeable scratches on the cover/spine
-Ripped or bent pages that affect the readability of the book
What does not qualify as damaged:
-Light scratches
-Small dings/dents
-Normal shelf wear
-Slightly dented corners
-Wavy pages
All damage and missing item claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. Proof of purchase and damages are required.
All items must be returned before a replacement is sent. We'll provide a return shipping label via email as a one-time courtesy. If you can't print and use the label, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If damages qualify for a replacement and there are no replacements available, you can return the item for a full refund.

Can I change my address?
Yes, we can update your address if the label hasn't been printed. Unfortunately, once the label is printed, we can't make any changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Preorders cannot be canceled; all preorder sales are final.
Please Note: Filing a chargeback or claim will result in the cancellation of all your orders and a ban from our website.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. Incorrect, damaged or defective items are the only exception.
My item(s) were damaged during shipping/my box was lost, what do I do?
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us via email at general@beastlytalesbookbox.com or use the contact link on our website within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please be sure to provide detailed information, including your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photographs if applicable.
If your delivery is missing, you must reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. If your tracking shows the item(s) as delivered, they are ineligible for refund/replacement.
When will I get my order?
Due to the pre-order nature of our boxes, you should expect your book box to ship in the timeframe listed on the product page of the item. After the box is shipped, timing is out of our hands. If you haven’t received your package after 7 days from the label being created (with no updates from the carrier) please email us so that we can investigate further.
